Description
The Hysteria Writing Competition 2025 is now open. It is here to help writers and authors just like you have a chance of publication and exposure to an audience you haven’t met yet.
Each category winner will receive £75 and the opportunity to have a book published with Crystal Clear Books. Nine additional short-listed entries will be included in the Hysteria 11 anthology to be published in November 2025.
Categories are:
- Short story – maximum 1,000 words
- Flash fiction – maximum 250 words
- Poetry – maximum 16 lines
It is open to any writer of any nationality, all entries must be in English and there is no specific theme.
Please remember to save your entry with your order number as its file name so I can keep track of who has entered and submitted. When you have completed your purchase, please send your entry to lph@crystalclearbooks.co.uk with your order number as the subject line. Please remember to change the file name of your entry to be your order number before sending the file.
Before you get started though, make sure you’re familiar with the rules and have a read of the guidelines too.
Best of luck
