Every year, all the entries are read by a lovely team of volunteers who are the final arbiters of which entries make it to the shortlist. Each category has it’s own small group of readers and I’m here to support all of them.

What are the benefits of being a reader?

Most of the readers say that they get a lot of inspiration and ideas from seeing the way other writers approach their entries.
