It’s 2nd April and Hysteria 2023 (Hysteria 10) is now open for entries in our three categories: short story (up to 1,000 words), poetry (up to 12 lines), and flash fiction (up to 250 words).

The reading team are assembling and over the coming five months I’ll introduce them to you in more detail. For now though, you can find out more about who’s reading the category you’re going to enter on the Meet the Readers page on the website. There are still a few profiles to add and I’ll send out another link later this week with the final roll call.

Many of the readers are on social media too, all the links to their accounts are with their profiles so why not show some appreciation and love to them when you’re next on Twitter, Facebook or your own favourite app.

The competition couldn’t go ahead without their support and commitment and I am always grateful for their help making this competition the best it can be.
